• How far is the villa from the beach? Oceanfront, you can see the beach.
• Is the unit directly oceanfront? Yes
• Does the villa have elevator access? Yes
• How many guests can it sleep? 8
• Are beach towels included?  No
• Are beach chairs included? We try to provide chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for use.  We cannot guarantee condition but if they are there, they are free to use.
• Is the pool heated? Yes, during in March, April, October and November.
• What is the minimum stay in peak season? 7 days, Saturday to Saturday
